Edel Properties AG is an owner-operated Swiss real estate company based in Wollerau, canton Schwyz, founded and run by entrepreneurs who think like their tenants. Our portfolio comprises office space, apartments and furnished accommodation that we look after ourselves. Where it makes sense, we develop or redevelop properties — always with the aim of holding them for the long term. We prefer the personal relationship over scale, and the long hold over the quick turn.
