Data processed

We only process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us — in particular your name, email address, phone number and the content of emails, appointment bookings or dossier requests. This data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and to initiate or manage a tenancy. Data is not passed on to third parties unless required for the performance of a contract or by law.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set any cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking services. It is delivered via Cloudflare, which briefly processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address).

Booking and map

We use Zoho Bookings for viewing appointments. If you use the booking calendar, your details are processed by Zoho on our behalf. The map on the contact page is only loaded from OpenStreetMap after you explicitly click.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain information about, rectify, restrict, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. For such requests, please contact us at info@edel-properties.com.
