These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Edel Properties AG, in particular the letting of office and residential properties and the provision of information on this website. Any deviating agreement must be made in writing.

Offers and leases

Binding tenancies come into effect exclusively through a signed written lease agreement. Information on surfaces, rent and availability shown on this website is non-binding and may change at any time without notice. The terms recorded in the lease agreement are authoritative in all cases.

Viewings and dossier requests

Viewings are free of charge and non-binding. By submitting a dossier request you agree that we may use the data you provide to process your enquiry.

Governing law

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Wollerau, canton Schwyz. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the German version prevails.
