Wollerau
Wollerau, quietly
Why a small municipality above Lake Zürich remains one of the quietest business locations in Switzerland.

Wollerau sits on the western shore of the upper Lake Zürich, in canton Schwyz. The connections are quietly good — train, motorway, Zurich airport within half an hour — and yet the village is spared the rush of the larger centres. For a small business that can afford discretion and concentration, this has become rare.
Canton Schwyz has for years been one of the most tax-competitive cantons in Switzerland, and Wollerau itself is among the most attractive municipalities within the canton — not loudly promoted, but the result of a steady policy of lean administration. Companies that settle here usually do so not for a short-term advantage, but because they are planning in decades.
The surroundings contribute their share. The view opens across the lake toward Rapperswil and the Glarus Alps, hiking trails begin at the doorstep, and even on a working day it is quiet enough that the church bell in Bäch carries into the office. It is a quiet that is not staged — it is simply the default.
That is precisely why we hold our properties here. We believe that good work needs a quiet place, and that a quiet place deserves a long horizon. Wollerau offers both, without making a fuss about it.
